15 thousand garments (sweaters, pants, jackets, pajamas and undergarments) have kidnapped in Siniscola in Sardinia by the Guardia di Finanza.

Almost The total value is approximately 130 thousand euros.
The operation involved two shops run by Chinese traders. The counterfeit items bear the name of the false Made in Italy and known trademarks. The owners of two shops were reported: face up to two years' imprisonment and 20 thousand euro fine, plus an administrative penalty of up to 25 thousand euros. Checks of "Fiamme Gialle" have also found administrative irregularities for non-compliance of the requirements in the Code of consumption, such as name, company name, head office of the manufacturer or importer, aimed at protecting the consumer about the origin and product safety.

 

Guardia di Finanza of Ragusa also seized hundreds of counterfeit items in Modica. The operation took place during the weekly street market, where the military has noticed a young foreign man with a stand, intent on selling accessories and apparel bearing trademarks of known brands.
Upon completion of service, confirmed the authenticity of the products offered for sale, were seized about a hundred items of clothing and accessories including handbags, belts, scarves and wallets bearing the names of different brands such as Dolce and Gabbana, Gucci, Prada, Monclar, Blauer, Nike, Hogan and Ralph Lauren all obviously fake.
